• Charged extra: local tax of 2,60 euros per person and day

For cancellations, late arrivals, and early departures, the General Terms and Conditions for the Austrian Hotel Industry apply.

• In case of cancellations up to 3 months before start, nothing will be charged;
• between 3 and 1 month before, we charge 40 % of the price;
• 70 % for 1 month and less.
• In the week before as well as for late arrivals and early departures, we charge 90 % if the room cannot be re-rented.

We recommend buying a travel insurance policy.

Child with 5 jear free only in the sleeprom from the parends.

• For 4 nigth is the price per person and per day 5 Euro more.
• From dezember 2025 is our house only to book for 8 person!
