During these periods the 6 dy ski pass is 10 % discounted, can only be purchased from the landlord.
- Prices are for the entire house per day and depend on the number of persons.
- The first price is for 4 person. Please talk with us by price.
- For 4 nigth is the price per person and per day 5 Euro more.
- From dezember 2025 is our house only to book for 8 person!

Cancellation conditions: Information by us.
For cancellations, late arrivals, and early departures, the General Terms and Conditions for the Austrian Hotel Industry apply.
- In case of cancellations up to 3 months before start, nothing will be charged;
- between 3 and 1 month before, we charge 40 % of the price;
- 70 % for 1 month and less.
- In the week before as well as for late arrivals and early departures, we charge 90 % if the room cannot be re-rented.
We recommend buying a travel insurance policy.
